Do the Walk of Life

I had some discomfort in my shoulder again. I don't think it ever really healed properly because I never took enough time off of training the upper body. It mostly bothers me during my chest work-out. So I skipped the weights today and did an hour of walking instead, including a couple of sprints up the steps of the local High School track.
Add that to the half hour walk before work last night and about another 5 sprints up 3 flights of stairs. The stairs at the track are a lot harder to do than the stairs at work, they really get your heart rate going, I gotta get over there more often, it's just a short half-mile walk.
The rest of the week I'll probably do my regular workouts. I'll stay with the lighter weights and more reps for a while and see what happens.
Enjoy, your day.
