Great chest work-out today... I improved on most of my sets, and I felt spent after each Super Set, which made me take a few extra seconds to recover. That explains why the exact same work-out as last week was 2 minutes longer this time. That and the few extra reps that I was able to muster. All in all it felt like a great session.
For Dinner I had just plain Chicken Breasts that I sprinkled with salt & pepper, minced onion and garlic, and some rosemary... I baked them for 45 minutes at 350° and they came out just great... I filled the rest of the plate with steamed vegetables... and that was my delicious meal.
It's 2 hours before my bedtime, so now it's time to chill a bit. I'll see if I can catch a German Soccer game on TV. If not, an English one will do... or maybe stage 7 of the Paris-Nice Cycling Race... I know, I like weird sports... not really, just under-appreciated sports (in the USA anyway). But I love my NY Yankees also.
