Excellent Arm work-out this morning. My arms were pumped after the work-out, the biceps were swollen, the veins were huge and popping out... I almost looked like a bodybuilder... well, maybe if you squint, LOL. I've only been doing this consistently since Mid-September, that's only 6 months. And although I look and feel 100% better, I'm practically a beginner and I know I've got a long way to go. Somebody did ask me when I'll be finished... I told them there'll be a notice in the obituary section. LOL.
Last night when I went to work, my legs felt rubbery... and now I'm starting to get the sore Quadriceps and Hamstrings. So I guess I had a good work-out yesterday. It's strange how I enjoy the pain more than the work-out, LOL. I think the secret to doing a Leg Work-out that I don't dread might be to change the workouts frequently, more often than the other work-outs. I might give that a try, it's worth a shot I think.
Ok peoples, I got my Honey-Mustard Chicken Breasts in the oven, I have to make a salad and some veggies and I'll be set... I'll check in again tomorrow, Auf Wiedersehn.
