It's officially Spring and the snow is sticking to the blacktop in the driveway. But it won't be there for long, the temperature is going up to 52° later on today. Needless to say there was no cycling today and the rest of the week doesn't look too promising either. Possibly more snow on Wednesday and rain on Thursday, and there are no more 50 degree days in the next week and a half.
I did get my shoulder workout in and progressed some more on each exercise. And I've reached my upper limit (15 reps) on all 3 sets on 2 of my exercises, which means I'll raise the weights on each of those. I'm pretty close to reaching the upper limit on the other exercises also, so all my weights should be up within a week or 2.
Ok time to wrap this up and have some dinner... Turkey Chili with beans and a big bowl of salad and I think I'll have some extra veggies also, why not... very few calories and lots of nutritious vitamins and minerals, not to mention fiber. OK Signing off... see you tomorrow.
