Leg Day and Leg Room

Hey everybody... for leg day today I decided to do all Body Weight exercises, including a couple hundred squats... I think changing my leg work-outs more frequently will keep me from trying to avoid them all together. And it will keep it interseting. That, along with doing hill repeats on the bike ought to really work my legs. I just have to keep on finding new interesting leg work-outs and exercises to try.

I don't know if I should file this under "Every Cloud has a Silver Lining" but, according to a news report in the USA Today, because of overweight Americans the Federal Government wants to limit the number of passengers on buses because of safety concerns. But the good news is they also might have to make bigger seats and allow for more leg room. This might also affect the airline industry, I hope. Have you ever flown to Europe in a cramped seat for 8 hours. But all in all I think I would still rather see a healthier population.
